Worms in Cats Bedding

Question: There are tiny worms in my cats bedding. The cat has been tested for parasites and does not have any. What could they be?

Answer: These are probably the larvae of fleas. It would be best to wash the bedding and use a flea control product. The on-animal products are the most effective.
